The law firm of H. Dennis Panter & Associates, LLC was established in Atlanta, Georgia in 1995 by H. Dennis Panter. The firm is engaged in a specialized practice encompassing all areas of commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on finance, acquisitions, leasing, transactional structure and organization.
The firm’s experience includes, but is not limited to:
(i) the representation of both purchasers and sellers from the initial preparation of the purchase and sale agreement through closing;
(ii) the representation of both lessors and lessees in a variety of commercial leases, ranging from long-term ground leases to shorter-term space leases;
(iii) the representation of property owners in various aspects of equity financing, including sale-leaseback arrangements;
(iv) the representation of lenders and borrowers in asset-based financing;
(v) the representation of lending institutions and property owners in both construction and permanent mortgage loan transactions; and
(vi) representation of nationally-recognized companies throughout the United States for leasing and acquisition of sites.
 Additionally, the firm regularly represents a number of regional institutional lenders, including CornerstoneBank. The firm also represents a number of individual clients and private equity entities who are engaged in the acquisition, sale, leasing and/or development of commercial properties nationwide. The firm has assisted clients with national concerns in multi-state acquisitions, and represented lenders in closing transactions in numerous states.
